Safety

No one values the safety culture at Grand Island Express more than our president Tom Pirnie.  Tom will be the first to tell you “there is no load so important that we can’t take the time to deliver it safely”.  Whether it be adverse weather conditions or driver fatigue, the driver always has the final decision whether the truck moves or stays parked.  Our safety department works tirelessly to ensure all company drivers and contractors receive the most advanced safety training, information and tools available in the industry.  Grand Island Express is so safety conscience that we post our CSA scores on our website for drivers, customers and the public to see.  Whether you’re a professional driver or a shipper, we would invite you to see why Grand Island Express leads the industry by example….
